  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 piece green apple
  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 1 piece lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 0.5 cup cold water or coconut water optional for texture

Method
 

  1. Wash and prep all produce. Peel the ginger and cut everything into chunks.
  2. Blend or juice: process ingredients and add water or coconut water if blending.
  3. Strain if blended for a smoother juice.
  4. Serve chilled over ice or refrigerate for 15 minutes before drinking.
