Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots, sliced carrots
  • 1 onion onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • for garnish Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic in slow cooker.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper, then add on top of vegetables.
  3. Mix beef broth, mushroom soup, and onion soup mix; pour over beef.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
  5. Shred beef, stir into sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve.
