Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well to combine.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Combine crushed croutons, melted butter, remaining mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle crouton mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier casserole, add 4 ounces of cream cheese to the chicken mixture.
