Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers and snap peas; sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables; cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra chili flakes to the sauce.
