Salmon Fillets
  • 4 oz salmon fillets
Glaze Mixture
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet and dry salmon.
  2. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brush salmon with half of the glaze, then bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  5. Rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F for safety.
