  • 1 bell pepper bell peppers diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup corn

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking it apart until no longer pink (~5-7 min).
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent (~2-3 min).
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and toast for 1 min to enhance flavor.
  4. Pour in beef broth, diced tomatoes, beans, and corn; stir well.
  5. Simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning as needed.
