  • 0.5 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Greek yogurt and almond flour until a dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  5. Shape each portion into a bagel.
  6. Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

For a sweeter bagel, add a touch of honey or stevia to the dough.
