  • 2 tablespoons white miso mild fermented soybean paste
  • 4 grams wakame seaweed dried
  • 200 grams tofu cubed
  • 50 grams fried tofu optional, for added texture

  • 1 tablespoon katsuobushi dried bonito flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sodabushi flakes optional, for extra umami

Method
 

  1. Dissolve the miso powders in boiling water to prepare the soup.
