Method
- Grate cucumber, squeeze out excess liquid.
- Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chopped fresh dill, if desired.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
