Method
- Add ½ cup salsa to a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, add to slow cooker, then top with potatoes.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Remove potatoes, shred chicken, then stir into cooking liquid.
- Slice potatoes, top with chicken, salsa, and desired toppings.
