Method
- Cook ground beef in a large pot until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer.
- Add pasta, cover, and cook 15-18 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat; top with cheese if desired and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped herbs.
