Method
- Cook pasta according to package; add broccoli in last 2 minutes, then drain.
- Melt butter in skillet, cook kielbasa until browned (~5 min).
- Add onion and garlic; cook 2-3 min until fragrant.
- Whisk milk into skillet, simmer until thickened (~3-5 min), then stir in cheese until melted.
- Add pasta and broccoli, toss to coat, season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
