Method
- Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Add sausage, onions, garlic, oregano, sun-dried tomatoes, and chicken broth to the crockpot. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in spinach and heavy cream. Warm through.
- Serve hot with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
