Method
- Combine water and broth in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- Add vegetables, reduce heat, cover partially, and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon, blend with broth and chicken bouillon, then return to pot.
- Cook pasta separately, then add to broth and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
