Method
- Mix ranch, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice to make marinade.
- Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Thread chicken onto skewers, soaking wooden skewers in water if used.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from grill, let rest a few minutes, then serve garnished with parsley or parmesan.
Notes
Soaking wooden skewers prevents burning. Adjust marinating time for more flavor.
