Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Gravy
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
