Method
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
You can add chopped onions or garlic to enhance flavor.
